Our Returns Policy
At SICOTAS, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your furniture. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
Exceptions to Our Return and Refund Policy
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
Return Time Frame and Shipping Costs
- Return Window: You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the receipt date. Returns made after 60 days from the receipt date will not be accepted.
- Provided Shipping Label: Use the shipping label we provide and send back the package within 60 days from the receipt date.
- Return Shipping Costs: Whether return shipping costs are reimbursed depends on the reason for the return.
How to Make a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at service@sicotas.com.
- Provide Information: Include your reason for returning the items, along with your order number and address. If you are returning an item due to a quality issue, please attach images or videos showing the product packaging and details of the damaged part.
- Receive Return Label: You will receive a return label from Sicotas once your return application is approved.
- Prepare Package: Print the return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
- Arrange Collection or Drop-off: Call your local post office to arrange a collection or drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Refund-- Please pay careful attention
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. This process usually takes about 3 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
