Extended Delivery Times

Due to COVID-19, most of the world's logistics shipments are in a state of disarray, resulting in increased processing times at ports and limited space for ocean carriers. This, combined with inadequate delivery services, means that your delivery times are even longer than they were during the COVID-19 outbreak.

And the information we receive from manufacturers and carriers determines progress updates for these logistics processes. And it's important to know that delivery dates depend on many factors, whether it's the carrier's transit time or customs processing time. However, we will always keep an eye on and update the logistics status and this information will be displayed on your shipment along with the order details.

At this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping for any orders, we apologize for this and thank you for your patience. We are working to restock any affected products as soon as possible. We will check and ship your order as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

Inventory anomalies over the past few weeks have meant that some of our products are currently out of stock, which unfortunately means that deliveries of these products are expected to take longer to arrive than we would like. Of course, we only provide delivery schedules that we are confident we can meet, and are working to replenish our stock as quickly as possible to minimize the impact.

If your order contains multiple products (e.g. in stock, out of stock), you may choose to have the in-stock products delivered immediately.

The work area of our warehouse will be stocked with key hygiene products, masks, gloves and disinfectant wipes. In addition, we have taken the necessary measures to ensure a safe workplace for our employees, such as increased hygiene management and mandatory social distances within the warehouse.
