I had some problem with an item and the after-sale customer service was excellent. The problem was that some drawers didn’t work properly (open-close).

Great quality

I was hesitant to buy as this product had zero reviews, but I really liked the look and the price so I went for it anyway. I’m glad I did! I love the look of putting the two 5 drawer dressers together. I’ve been shopping around for months and this has everything I’ve been looking for. It’s solid, it’s a very nice warm color, the gold accents and the number of drawers. The only downside is the amount of time it took to put together. I did it by myself and took be about 9/10 hours total (and I’m not slow, I’ve built many dressers and furniture pieces) I would recommend working with one or two more people to help with time. When assembling, all the pieces fit nicely together. Just would recommend some wood glue for the wood pegs as they are a little small for the holes.

It was a little long to put together but well worth it. The dresser is beautiful- exactly as pictured and solid. It came missing a drawer front, so I reached out to the seller and they sent a whole new dresser to make up for that! Great customer service, great product. Highly recommend
