Return Policy

60 days hassle-free return

Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging and shipped within 60 days of delivery or 65 days from the purchase date.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from return, including:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases

Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please notify us via email once you have shipped the product back, including your order number and reason for the return (attach photos if necessary). A full refund will be processed once our customer care department receives the refund/order cancellation request via email and the product is returned.

Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Merchandise
If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete merchandise, contact us immediately for resolution.

For faster assistance, email us with your order number, contact information, and photos documenting any damage (if applicable). Retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If a replacement item is back-ordered or out of stock, we will notify you with the estimated arrival date or suggest a suitable replacement.

365-Day Replacement Repair Warranty
This warranty is valid for 365 days from the ordering time, provided the order is placed within 30 days of delivery or 40 days from the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care items

Return Procedure
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error, or for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be processing delays. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@sicotas.com with your order number.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at service@sicotas.com and follow our instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
