When the bookshelves arrived, one piece was damaged and another was defective. We submitted a request for replacement parts for each piece. We received a replacement for only one piece a full week later. Now, more than two weeks after receiving the bookshelves, we still have not received a replacement for the damaged piece, and customer service has been entirely unresponsive. Buy your bookshelves elsewhere.

Great! But no assembly instructions

Looks beautiful in pics, pieces feel good quality so far, but the box had no assembly instructions! Is there a digital version that could be sent to me so I can assemble? Thanks !

Excellent customer service

Looks just like pictured. Heavy but manageable for a single person, assembly easier with people. The bookshelf is sturdy and relatively easy to assemble. Although I would say that the wrench that came with the set wasn’t the easiest to use with the screws however, I see what makes the unit sturdy when completed — it’s because of the screws on the undersurface of each shelf supporting the weight. that being said, I received two right sided cabinet doors. I contacted the seller and they offered to give a refund or to ship out a left sided Cabinet door, which arrived in less than a week from the warehouse overseas. great customer service. They were very kind and attentive and quick to resolve the issue.
