      Shipping Destinations: We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States via UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military Bases (AA, AE, AP).

      Order Processing and Shipping:

      All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
      Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
      After processing, shipping takes an additional 2-3 business days, depending on local transit times.

      Please note:

      Shipping time does not include the 1-2 business days required to process your order.
      High order volumes or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

      60-Day Hassle-Free Return

      To return a product, it must be in its original packaging and shipped within 60 days from the purchase date.

      Eligibility for Return

      Items must be unused and in their original condition with packaging to qualify for a return.

      Return Shipping Fees

      Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Merchandise

      If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete merchandise, contact us immediately. For faster assistance, email us with your order number, contact details, and photos of any damage. Keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If a replacement item is out of stock or on back-order, we will inform you of the estimated arrival date or offer a suitable replacement.

      365-Day Replacement Repair Warranty

      This warranty is valid for 365 days from the order date, applicable if the order is placed within 30 days from the purchase date.

      Gifts

      If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

      Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

      Customer service was outstanding. I had just ordered 1 desk thinking I didn’t need two. once I got it it was so easy to build and was so pretty. Then i realized i did in fact need two. when i went to order it was out of stock. I was so bummed, so i reached out to customer service to see when they were going to be back in stock. They were able to put one in stock for me one less than 24 hours of me reaching out. Such a fast delivery too!
